These are the requirements for the images and logos necessary to create responsive display ads.

Images:

Best Practices:

- Provide 5 to 15 images in total.

- The images should be a picture of your product, or focused on illustrating the services you advertise. 

- No overlaid logos, text, or buttons as these are added separately in Google Ads.

- If you are advertising software, avoid screenshot mockups.

Formats:

Google supports 3 image formats, please provide the highest quality available.

Landscape image (1.91:1)

- Recommended size: 1200 x 628

- Min. size: 600 x 314

 

Square image (1:1)

- Recommended size: 1200 x 1200

- Min. size: 300 x 300

 

Portrait (9:16)

- Recommended size: 900 x 1600

- Minimum size: 600 x 1067

 

Note: The maximum file size for any image is 5120 KB.

Logos:

Best Practices:

Provide 2 to 5 high-quality logos cropped and adjusted, with a non-transparent background.

Formats:

Landscape logo (4:1)

- Recommended size: 1200 x 300

- Min. size: 512 x 128

 

Square logo (1:1)

- Recommended size: 1200 x 1200

- Min. size: 128 x 128

 

Note: The maximum file size for any image is 5120 KB.
